(CercleFinance.com) – The company Gay-Lussac Gestion, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it had crossed downward, on February 19, 2024, the threshold of 5% of the company’s capital Precia and hold, on behalf of said funds, 261,569 Precia shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 4.56% of the capital and 3.01% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from a sale of Precia shares on the market.
