Paris Saint-Germain defender Presnel Kimpembe has “seriously” injured an Achilles tendon and will be “unavailable until the end of the season”, announced his coach Christophe Galtier at the microphone of Prime Video on Sunday after the Parisian victory in Marseille 3-0.

The defender had already missed the World Cup with an Achilles tendon injury in November and had recently returned to competition.
The 27-year-old French international injured himself while running and fell to the ground, prostrate, his head buried in the grass.
