In “Tatort” (Das Erste), Lena Odenthal investigates the death of an elementary school student. Tom Cruise is accused of murder as “Jack Reacher” (ProSieben). The lawyer Ella Schön (ZDF) meanwhile has to help her nemesis out of a tight spot.
8:25 p.m., The First, Crime Scene: Marlon, Crime
Nine-year-old Marlon (Lucas Herzog) is found dead at his school. He was pushed down the stairs and shows signs of a previous fight. Lena Odenthal (Ulrike Folkerts) and Johanna Stern (Lisa Bitter) soon realize that this death provokes ambivalent reactions at school: Marlon’s conspicuous behavior made him an outsider who pushed his teachers, his own parents and those of his classmates to their limits .
8:15 p.m., ProSieben, Jack Reacher: No way back, action thriller
Former MP Jack Reacher (Tom Cruise) travels to Virginia to meet with his successor, Major Susan Turner (Cobie Smulders). But she is accused of espionage and arrested. And Reacher is also facing serious allegations: he is said to have committed a murder 16 years ago. In order to prove his and Turner’s innocence, Reacher begins to investigate the infamous allegations.

During a raid on a supermarket, the branch manager Witting is shot. The “strong team” is certain: Witting must have known the masked perpetrator.
