8:15 p.m., The First, Donna Leon: Rich Inheritance, Crime
The search for a murderer leads Brunetti (Uwe Kockisch) to a nursing home with a dubious reputation. Elderly people here enjoy less comfort than his late mother, who lacked for nothing thanks to donations from his rich father-in-law. In order not to unnecessarily make the headlines for the financially troubled home, the inspector investigates discreetly. The new public prosecutor, who threatens to jeopardize the future of the senior citizens’ home with a senseless police action, shows less tact. Brunetti is bubbling with anger because he has long been pursuing a completely different lead.
8:15 p.m., kabel eins, Matrix, sci-fi action
Hacker Neo (Keanu Reeves) discovers that the world is just an illusion being played out in a giant computer program called the Matrix. With the help of a small group of rebels around Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne), he breaks out of the make-believe world and begins to fight against machine beings that have enslaved mankind. Morpheus soon lets him in on his secret that Neo may have a bigger role to play in this war than he might want to play.

Germany’s favorite presenter Günther Jauch has already convinced in countless shows with his witty manner, which has completely upset many a candidate. Fever with the candidates and diligently guess when it’s time again today: “Who wants to be a millionaire?”.
9:45 p.m., hr, crime scene: Chateau Mort, crime thriller

Gallagher meets up with Casey (Patrick Brennan), a friend of Charlie’s. Casey informs Gallagher that Charlie was on the hunt for federal agent Bill Pierce (Joe Pacheco).
