8:15 p.m., Das Erste, Murder Night, crime thriller
In the idyllic Heiterstorf just outside Hamburg, the residents live according to the principle “One for all, all for one”. Gabriel Panski (Maximilian Brückner), who once left the village, has to earn the respect of his home community again. After a film break and a night of drinking at the local rowing club, he is suddenly celebrated as a hero. Village events take an unexpected turn when Panski is not held accountable for the killing of an unscrupulous Hamburg real estate mogul who was known for defrauding others.

“The big ‘Terra X’ show” celebrates spectacular top performances. Be it surfer Sebastian Steudtner, who throws himself into monster waves, or masterminds who calculate crazy powers in their heads. Apnea divers who dive into the depths without oxygen, or ballerinas who do tough, high-performance sports in their pointe shoes – we are often fascinated by people who achieve extraordinary things. Johannes B. Kerner leads the show – supported by the “Terra X” expert Professor Harald Lesch.

Peter “Star-Lord” Quill (Chris Pratt), an adventurous space traveler who was kidnapped as a child, gets into trouble when he steals a mysterious orb from an ancient ruin. This orb, known as the “Orb”, attracts the attention of the tyrannical Ronan the Accuser (Lee Pace), who seeks its power. During his escape, Quill teams up with a colorful cast of unusual characters, including the fierce Gamora (Zoe Saldana), the gun-loving raccoon Rocket, the monosyllabic Groot and the revenge-seeking Drax (Dave Bautista), to protect the coveted item.

In “Stranded on their Honeymoon,” six newly married couples face an unusual challenge: marry someone they don’t know and spend their honeymoon on a secluded island, far from any distractions. This test could either solidify their luck or end it early. Which couple will grow closer through this experience, and for whom will this romantic journey come to an abrupt end?
8:15 p.m., kabel eins, Planet of the Apes: Survival, sci-fi action
The fight between humans and apes becomes a battle for the planet: the apes around their leader Caesar (Andy Serkis) have retreated into the forests to live in peace. However, the Colonel (Woody Harrelson) and his military unit “Alpha-Omega” launch a major offensive to wipe out the animals. Caesar witnesses the loss of friends and family firsthand. Can he resist his blind desire for revenge and save his family and their freedom?
