8:15 p.m., The First, Delivered, Drama

Volker (Bjarne Mädel) is a parcel deliverer, the single father of his 16-year-old son Benny (Nick Julius Schuck) and also a football coach for a youth team. He clearly belongs to the socially underprivileged. The long working days, the miserable pay and the puberty of his son are increasingly pushing Volker to personal limits. Benny sets other priorities, his school leaving certificate is in jeopardy, Volker threatens to lose his driver’s license and the money is often not enough for social participation, sometimes hardly for the bare minimum.

Under the motto “Vegan Cuisine”, guest judge Ricky Saward today evaluates the culinary delicacies of the amateur and professional cooks, who have to deal with the elements earth, air, fire and water in the first round. In solo cooking, Ricky provides his secret ingredients poppy seeds, linseed and buckwheat until the candidates are allowed to come up with creative dishes made from potatoes in the final round.

After a visit to the bull ball, Michael Klarmann (Nils Brunkhorst) is shot. Ekki (Oliver Korittke), who was standing right next to him, is injured. From then on, Ekki believes that he is actually being targeted. To reassure his friend, Georg Wilsberg (Leonard Lansink) begins to investigate. In doing so, he encounters rural resentment, jealousy and old family secrets.
