Wilsberg (Leonrad Lansink) hangs around under a false identity at the construction engineer Michael Lobland (Christoph M. Ohrt). He wants to build a luxurious residential and office district at the old industrial port. For this he has the backing of the urban developer Scharper (Alexandra von Schwerin). However, Lobland stands in the way of a group of militant activists in his plan to upgrade the area. The “FIM” has holed up in a warehouse and wants to prevent gentrification with all its might.
