Radio presenters reveal embarrassing meeting in Australia

In recent days all eyes have been on Prince Christian of Denmark. So it’s no wonder that two radio presenters from Australia now remember meeting him – but they didn’t cover themselves in glory.
Even several days after the birthday party for Prince Christian, 18, the heir to the throne and his guests are still in the public eye. The odd fashion faux pas, suspicious looks from the birthday child towards female guests and, last but not least, a fabulously lost shoe should ensure that no one forgets these celebrations so quickly. Numerous photos from the weekend also increase Prince Christian’s international fame – because not everyone is aware that he is the future King of Denmark.

Because his mother, Princess Mary, 51, is a native Australian, it is not uncommon for the Danish royal family to retreat Down Under for a vacation. During one of these trips there was a small fan meeting between Prince Christian and two Australian radio presenters. Jimmy and Nath reveal this in their show “The Jimmy and Nath Show”. During their time at breakfast radio in Tasmania, the two men were also responsible for presenting local sporting events. At one of these events, a boy wearing an NBL jersey came up to them and the three of them took a photo together. “I thought the boy was just a fan,” Nath recalls today.
“The next morning this photo was on the front page of the regional newspaper. And I thought: ‘We did it!'” Nath continued. Whereupon Jimmy had to explain to him that the picture didn’t make it into the newspaper because of her, but because of the seemingly normal fan, who turned out to be Prince Christian. On the photo, which is available to the “Daily Mail”., the heir to the Danish throne beams into the camera in a green sports jersey. To his left and right are Jimmy and Nath, who have their arms around Christian’s shoulders. And who have to realize afterwards: What an “epic failure” – on their part, of course.
