Message to the palace? This gesture is a sign of his royal self-image

Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan recently took a surprise trip to Canada. The royal and his wife were on a PR tour for the 2025 Invictus Games and watched an ice hockey game on this occasion. The royal took on a prominent role on the field – and greeted the fans with a gesture that was astonishing.
Prince Harry makes the “V” gesture

It’s obvious that Harry just wanted to encourage the competing teams’ will to win in a sporty way. By the way: It had an impact on the team from Vancouver.
