The royal carousel in California continues to turn: Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan are said to have separated from their PR company. Ironically, this company helped the couple with their rocky start in the United States.

Prince Harry, 38, and Duchess Meghan, 41, do not take a break after their stay in London and continue to work on their existence in their adopted home of Montecito, California. The couple is said to have recently parted ways with their PR firm Sunshine Sachs.

Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan rely on support from Sunshine Sachs

It’s a surprising move, after all, the company has not only advised Meghan since she was an actress, but also helped her and husband Harry make a new life in the United States after they both stepped down as senior royals in 2020.

It was PR chief Keleigh Thomas Morgen who organized the couple’s successful trip to Africa in 2019. Upon Harry and Meghan’s arrival in America, she reportedly shared her contacts with them and made connections. As is well known, her good friend and filmmaker Tyler Perry invited the couple to stay at his villa in Los Angeles.

The Sussexes rely on internal staff

“It’s a really big deal for Meghan. She thinks she no longer has to pay a lot of money to an outside company to do PR for her and Harry,” an insider explains the Sussexes’ decision to the Daily Mail. . In the future, it is said, Christine Schirmer, head of communications at the Archewell Foundation of Harry and Meghan, will take care of the Sussexes’ public relations.

The timing of this message is surprising, after all it was only said a few days ago that Prince Harry was desperately trying to change his memoirs after the death of Queen Elizabeth, † 96. The couple’s planned Netflix documentary has also been rumored to have been pushed back from later this year to early next as the pair are still looking to make changes.
