Despite the tense royal situation, Prince William (41) is trying to maintain his everyday life as best he can. On Friday afternoon he visited a pub in the Welsh town of Wrexham. What’s special: The pub “The Turf” is the regular bar of Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds (47). The actor is the owner of local football club AFC Wrexham and is therefore often in town. As the British “The Sun” reportsin addition to Reynolds, other celebrities such as Paul Rudd (54) and Will Ferrell (56) have also been spotted there.

Prince William pulled a beer in the pub and clearly enjoyed it, as numerous photos prove. According to British media reports, the heir to the throne tested some drinks. At the venue, which is right next to AFC Wrexham, William heard about the impact the club and the pub have on the community.

William was also photographed with fans of the club. Of course, the son of King Charles III. (75) also paid a visit to the stadium. There he was presented with a personalized jersey with his name on it. Prince William then made his way to a nearby school to talk about Welsh history and culture.

Prince William had to cancel an important appointment

Just a few hours earlier, after wild conspiracy theories in the past few days, the palace made an official statement about the health of his wife, Princess Kate (42). “We have been very clear from the start that the Princess of Wales will be out of action until after Easter and Kensington Palace will only inform if there is something important to report,” it said on Thursday afternoon.

Princess Kate had to undergo abdominal surgery and was then in a London clinic for around two weeks. She is currently recovering in her home. The palace did not give the reason for the operation, only saying that the heir to the throne’s wife did not have cancer.
