Princess Beatrice: This thank you card is dear to the heart

New romantic details from Princess Beatrice's wedding! She raved about her "magical day" in a handwritten thank you card.

"See what the postman brought us this morning, the letter of thanks from Princess Beatrice," says an Instagram fan account about a special photo. You can see a handwritten letter of thanks from Princess Beatrice (32) and her husband Eduardo Mapelli Mozzi (37). The couple had quietly said yes on July 17th. The wedding took place in a small group. Nevertheless, there were many congratulations – and the Princess of York responded warmly to them:

"Thank you for the wonderful message you sent us on the occasion of our wedding this summer at the Royal Lodge!" Begins the handwritten text. Beatrice continues: "Edo and I had a magical day full of unique moments with our family." On the front of the card, the royal couple can be seen in the magnificently decorated archway of the All Saints Chapel, where the ceremony took place.

The wedding was originally planned for May, but the corona pandemic thwarted that. Instead, the celebrations took place in July with 20 guests, as reported by "The Sun", including Queen Elizabeth II (94) and Prince Philip (99). In her letter, Princess Beatrice insisted on thanking all Corona helpers once again: "We are so grateful to everyone who has worked hard in the past few months to protect our communities. We owe them so much."

Princess Beatrice met only a week ago on her Twitter account thanked all the well-wishers with a series of wedding pictures: "Thank you to everyone who sent and tweeted their best wishes for our special day in July."
