On April 20, 2024, Princess Tatiana, 43, and Prince Nikolaos, 54, announced their marriage end after 14 years together the former dream couple divorces. Tatiana, who was born in Venezuela, will be able to keep her royal titles even after the separation, as the palace announced – and will also remain connected to her now ex-husband’s family.

At least at public events, Tatiana continues to show up at the side of the Greek royals. This was also the case on April 26th, when she attended the handover ceremony of the Olympic flame in Athens together with Queen Anne-Marie, 77. What could have been a clear sign of family cohesion is primarily characterized by the serious expressions of the two women.

The statement emphasized that Tatiana and Nikolaos had made the decision “amicably”, but the reasons that ultimately led to the end of the marriage were not publicly communicated.
