The online retailer Amazon experienced a brief disruption. From around 7:30 p.m. to around 8:30 p.m., users reported via “alle disturbances.de” that the site was only available to a limited extent. Prime Video, Amazon’s streaming service, was apparently unaffected by the disruption.
According to the reports, users could not access prices of the products. Often the error message “Sorry, something went wrong. Please refresh the page and try again.”
The problems have now apparently been resolved. Amazon can be reached again smoothly via the app and the browser.
