(CercleFinance.com) – Prodware announced on Wednesday that it would sell its private ‘cloud’ and telecommunications activities in France and Belgium to the company adista, a brand of the French technology group inherent.
This operation comes as Prodware, now a subsidiary of Phast, seeks to refocus on business applications, data, AI, ‘public’ cloud and security services.
Under the terms of the agreement, Prodware customers will now be offered adista’s private cloud and telecommunications solutions.
In the same way, customers of adista, and by extension of other entities of the inherent group, will be able to benefit from the Prodware offer.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The inherent group – which has 14 interconnected data centers and 40 offices in France – is an alternative operator specializing in the fields of ‘cloud’, connectivity and ‘B2B’ cybersecurity.
