The saga Professor Layton will forever be associated with Nintendo DS history, but it didn’t die with it. We have indeed found it with ports on mobiles, the special episode Layton Brothers: Mystery Room always on smartphones or the adventure centered on Katrielle in 2017 on 3DS, since ported to Switch.
No new episode seems to point the tip of his nose, but Level-5 still decided to pay homage to the franchise as it should be today. Because yes, we celebrate this February 15 the 15th anniversary of Professor Layton and the Strange Village in Japan, and therefore the anniversary of the franchise! There are several initiatives planned for this occasion, grouped on a dedicated Japanese siteas a collaboration with the GraffArt CAFE of Tokyo from March 19 to April 10, a drawing competition to win a seal bearing the logo of the series, or even an operation to retweet a message and win a poster format B2.
The illustration it features can still be appreciated by all: it isa artwork for 15 years taking up a good part of the cast of the license, which you can download in different formats to make a nice one wallpaper.
