On Sunday nothing is the same on ProSieben. The private broadcaster has thrown out the entire TV program for that day. Now it is clear what awaits us instead.

As a rule, the TV program for all channels is set several weeks in advance. This is important for advertising customers and of course for the production of TV guides, so planning has to be done early on. Nevertheless, spontaneous changes can always occur when world events demand it.
At ProSieben, however, everything is a little different now. There will also be a program change on the Munich private broadcaster next Sunday – and not too short. The previously planned program for the entire day, 24 hours of shows, series and films, will simply be canceled. How come?

On the anniversary of the program “Joko & Klaas versus ProSieben”, the two presenters were not only playing for 15 minutes of broadcasting time, as usual, which they were free to organize, but also for all-day control of the ProSieben program. With success: Joko and Klaas won and will be able to decide freely on April 21, 2024 what will be shown on ProSieben.
ProSieben has now published a vague program schedule via Twitter/X that reveals more about the broadcasts on Sunday.
The program continues to be a big surprise package. Apart from two “The Simpsons” episodes and the ProSieben Newstime at 5:45 p.m., the descriptions of Joko and Klaas are so inaccurate that anything could be hidden behind them.
But this at least makes it clear that almost nothing from the previously announced program will be shown. So if you were looking forward to the science fiction drama “Ad Astra – To the Stars” with Brad Pitt, you will have to wait for an alternative broadcast date or simply stream the film on Disney+.
