After the firefighters or even the famous “Gods of the stadium”, it is now the turn of the “Gods of the gardens” to pose in the simplest device for a militant 2022 calendar.
They drop their harnesses, helmets and clothing. With their chainsaws in hand to hide their private parts, about fifty loppers from the Kerne group based in Quimper (Finistère), dare to be naked, perched on tree trunks, freight elevators or on the edge of wooded ponds. .
Imagined by the manager of this company specializing in garden maintenance and pruning, Quentin Puech, the original idea was born with a very specific goal. “In our approach of commitment to the territory for 40 years, we confirm through this project, a dynamic approach of sustainable development” explains the manager.
And for good reason, all the benefits of the calendar will be donated to a project linked to biodiversity, the rehabilitation of the forest of Trinity Langonnet (Morbihan). With a total area of 90 hectares, the place is made up of a wetland and old farmland which will be reforested.
For the time being, 200 calendars have already been sold, out of the 1000 copies printed.
In partnership with the company EcoTree, the project is available on the internet for a value of 6 euros. The envelopes are also carried out by the Association des Paralysés de France de Briec (Finistère).
