After the PS5 and new PS5 Slim models, a more powerful PS5 Pro should follow. At least that’s what fans and industry experts around the world are expecting.
Sony hasn’t announced such a console yet, but the rumor mill is buzzing. Insider Colin Moriarty now believes more and more in a release in the second half of 2024. He says this on the YouTube channel Last Stand Media.
Even third-party developers are said to have already seen a presentation for the PS5 Pro, says Moriarty. First and second developers would already know the specifications. So there are a lot of things that point to a release in the foreseeable future.
The YouTube channel also talks about the possible price of the PlayStation 5 Pro. It could easily be $600. Converted and adjusted to the local market, that would definitely be 600 euros in the worst case scenario.
