The last PlayStation 5 update was in December, and it was purely technical. Sony Interactive Entertainment however, foresees innovations for soon, such as voice control Hey! playstationnovelties for Parties, keeping an app on the home screen, game filters by genre and more. All of these improvements are currently in beta, but obviously not ready for release yet.
The manufacturer has just deployed a numbered software patch 21.02-04.51.00which officially brings nothing new, but “improves system performance”, according to the changelog official.
