The previous PS5 update dates back to mid-September and brought a lot of new features in its wake by implementing features previously deployed in beta. Surprise, THE firmware just updated again and there is no question of a simple line always reporting the same thing. It is indeed a little concrete that offers us Sony Interactive Entertainment with this version 23.02-08.20.00, which notably adds a parameter that users of PlayStation VR 2 will undoubtedly find it very useful.

- The music in Control Center is now easier to use. With its two-column layout, you can easily browse different categories, playlists and songs.
- You can avoid unintentionally streaming your surroundings when streaming games with your PlayStation VR2.
- Go to Settings > Accessories > PlayStation VR2then activate the option Block transparent view on TV to prevent the transparent camera view from being displayed on your TV when using your PS VR2.
- If you say “What’s new?” » via Voice Control on any screen, you can view the new features of the PS5.
- Currently, Voice Control (Preview) is only available in English for players with PlayStation Network accounts in the United States and United Kingdom.
- We have improved the messages and the ergonomics of certain screens.
Furthermore, if you see a cloud-shaped logo with the symbol of PlayStation Plusthis is a novelty indicating that the game in question is compatible with streaming in the cloudwhich only concerns members Premium.
