If you play video games online, you have a gigantic selection of titles and services. Depending on the platform and publisher, you use certain servers and if they fail or maintenance work is carried out, the online gaming fun is quickly over.

That’s why we inform you here in advance about announced maintenance work or “down times” that are very likely to come. Then you can adjust to it better and won’t be torn out of your gaming session unexpectedly.

downtime to play

This maintenance is announced for the week beginning August 28th:

World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft is down on August 30th. The maintenance work will start at 3 a.m. and is expected to end at 4 a.m. Since the maintenance work is only scheduled to last for one hour, realm restarts are very likely to take place during this time.

PUBG: Battlegrounds

On August 30th the weekly maintenance for PUBG will take place. These start at 2 a.m., but the maintenance work should not affect you.

Gran Turismo 7

Gran Turismo 7 is down on August 31st. The developers start the maintenance work at 8 a.m. and this should end at 10 a.m. The offline modes can still be played during this time. Please note, however, that you will not be able to save your progress during maintenance.

If developers or publishers of popular games announce further maintenance work for the next few days, then we will update this overview. So keep checking back. If we missed any announcements about your favorite game, just let us know via our Facebook channel.
