(CercleFinance.com) – Publicis announces the immediate cessation of its activities and investments in Russia with the transfer of control of its agencies to local management.
Publicis Groupe is thus transferring control of its operations to Sergey Koptev, founding President of Publicis in Russia, with the contractual commitment to ensure a future for its employees in the country.
“We have taken strong measures to respond to the seriousness of the situation by taking the time necessary to find a solution that respects and ensures a future for our 1,200 employees,” said Arthur Sadoun, Chairman of the Management Board of Publicis Groupe.
