Lhe American CIA, the Russian SVR, the French DGSE and DRM, the Chinese Guoanbu… the major intelligence agencies are on the lookout for new practices to try to gain the upper hand in this new era that is opening up. Accused of underestimating Ukraine’s readiness and resilience, Russian espionage seems to be struggling. Vladimir Putin did not hesitate to publicly lecture the head of his secret service. Conversely, on the American side, the White House highlights the quality of the information provided by its agencies. Some of his photographs and satellite photos are published in the press with the aim of moving and challenging public opinion.
