(CercleFinance.com) – Quadient announces the launch of the large-scale deployment of automatic parcel lockers open to all carriers in the United Kingdom. The first units have already been installed and more than 500 sites are planned by the end of 2022.
In the coming years, 5,000 Parcel Pending by Quadient lockers for open use will be made available to all UK carriers and retail brands to provide convenient parcel collection and drop-off points.
Quadient’s ambition is to establish a dense, extensive and scalable network, making it possible to consolidate parcel flows from the first to the last mile, particularly in urban areas with medium to high delivery density.
