(AOF) – Quadient, which will publish its annual accounts this Monday, announces that Royal Mail, the largest parcel delivery company in the United Kingdom, has joined the open Parcel Pending by Quadient network as part of a multi-year contract. With the aim of offering its customers a new service with a unique experience, Royal Mail will offer returns and consignment delivery to around 200 sites from May 2024, while ultimately planning to use 3,000 sites over time. that the British network will develop in the years to come.
Furthermore, Quadient announces that its board of directors has decided to approve the co-optation of Bpifrance Investissement, as an independent director, since March 22.
Bpifrance Investissement, who will be represented by Emmanuel Blot, investment director within the Mid & Large Cap division of Bpifrance, succeeds Sébastien Marotte, who wished not to request the renewal of his mandate as director during the meeting general ruling on the approval of the accounts for the financial year ending January 31, 2024, in order to devote himself fully to his professional duties.
