  1. First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Now peel the bananas and mix them into a pulp with a fork.
  3. Place the banana puree in a large mixing bowl and add the baking mix.
  4. Crack the two eggs and add them to the bowl too.
  5. Now mix all the ingredients, either with a whisk or with a hand mixer, until a smooth dough is formed.
