CONSOLIDATION AFTER A STRONG REBOUND IN 2021

INCREASE IN DIGITAL SALES

Levallois-Perret, France, May 24, 2022, Qwamplify (ISIN: FR0010889386 – Mnemonic: ALQWA), a major player in France in digital & data marketing solutions, announces today its Turnover (CA) and its Gross Margin (MB ) for the first half of 2022 (October 2021 – March 2022).

During the first half of 2022, consolidated turnover fell slightly and reached €15 million (-4.7%). Digital activities continued to grow, but overall revenue was impacted by the decline in revenue from Shopper campaigns in France and the Nordic countries, despite an almost stable number of campaigns. In addition, the first half of 2021, which had benefited from the post-lockdown rebound, had been particularly strong with growth of more than 23%.

a Gross margin fell by 4.3% to €10.3m despite growth in digital activities, again impacted by an unfavorable base effect with growth of more than 26% in the first half of 2021.
