  • 250 g thick crème fraîche
  • 1 or 2 large onions
  • Raclette cheese (with the flavor of your choice)
  • 600 g potatoes
  • Raw ham of your choice or slices of smoked bacon

The steps for preparing this recipe

  1. In a pot of water, cook your potatoes until tender but not overcooked, about 15 minutes.
  2. In a pie dish, place several slices of raw ham so that the entire dish is covered.
  3. In a salad bowl, put an egg then the crème fraîche.
  4. In a pan, brown the onions until they are a little toasted. Once they are, add them to the egg and crème fraîche mixture then mix everything.
