Great sadness for the popular TV gardener Ralf “Ralle” Ender: The protagonist of the VOX program “Ab ins Beet” has died unexpectedly.

The VOX reality show “Ab ins Beet” mourns the loss of one of its popular protagonists. As the makers of the show announced on Friday (October 13th), television gardener Ralf “Ralle” Ender died unexpectedly on Thursday.

A statement on the show’s Facebook page says: “Yesterday our friend and Beet brother Ralf “Ralle” Ender died unexpectedly. We are all very sad and miss him endlessly. He was a wonderful person and will always be in our hearts Minds and hearts live on.” Ender was 63 years old. It is not yet known how he died.

Known from several VOX formats

According to the broadcaster VOX, Ender leaves behind his long-time partner Conny as well as a daughter and a grandchild. Together with his partner, he was last in the current “Ab ins Beet” season in spring and summer 2023 (available as a stream on RTL+) can be seen on the TV screens. The two were also known from the station’s other formats – such as “Once Camping, Always Camping” and “Off to the Ruine!”.

On Facebook, many fans of “Ab ins Beet” expressed condolences and remembered Ralf “Ralle” Ender as a “great, authentic guy”.
