(CercleFinance.com) – Rallye, Foncière Euris, Finatis and Euris announce that the Paris Commercial Court has today decided to open judicial liquidation procedures.
The companies Rallye, Foncière Euris and Finatis have requested the suspension of the listing of their shares and other listed instruments issued by them, with effect from April 22 (post-closing).
‘It is not envisaged that trading will resume and the shares and other listed instruments should be delisted as part of the judicial liquidation procedure’ indicates the group.
