(AOF) – Rallye announces that Alexis Ravalais is called upon to bring his experience within the framework of the conciliation procedure opened for the benefit of Casino as adviser to the Chairman and CEO of Casino. The Board of Directors, under the chairmanship of Jean-Charles Naouri, therefore unanimously appointed, on the recommendation of the Appointments and Compensation Committee, Franck Hattab as Chief Executive Officer of Rallye, replacing Alexis Ravalais. These changes are effective as of Monday, June 12.
Alexis Ravalais is also stepping down as director of Rallye (representing Matignon Diderot – the latter having resigned from Rallye’s board of directors today) and Casino (representing Matignon Diderot).
