Combining private and professional life is not always easy. Singer Raphaël admits that it is not always easy to see his actress wife play intimate scenes. In an interview with the magazine The gallerythe singer of the title “Caravan” confided on this point, being himself married to the actress Mélanie Thierry.
The singer remembers an experience he had: “Last year, I signed the trailer for a film in which Mélanie plays, “Suddenly Alone”, alongside Gilles Lellouche. The exercise was very inspiring and mineral. Well, I admit, putting intimate scenes to music wasn’t very pleasant. In front of my screen, I spoke to Mélanie to tell her: ‘But no, don’t do that, don’t kiss him!’ But it never works.”He ends by saying: “Be careful, I’m not jealous, it’s not in my karma. It’s just dizzy.”
We can understand the interpreter. Seeing your wife perform intimate scenes with another man is not an easy thing to swallow. But hey, it’s still professional. Especially since the couple has gotten over all that. Married since 2002the two lovebirds have two sons: Roman, born in 2008, and Alyosha, born in 2013. And big news, in December 2023, his wife reveals on the set of C to you that she is waiting a third child.

His actress wife still present
The family, which will soon expand, is enjoying happy days. The actress and singer are thriving in their professional careers. Moreover, Raphaël’s tenth album, titled “Another life”, comes out in a few days, on March 8. On the cover of this new album, you can see on a giant screen the photo of a blonde woman, who observes him, while his back is turned. It is of course the mother of his children, Mélanie. He told the magazine The gallery : “It’s a photo of her in Cuba, about ten years ago. This object, a little artistic, it made sense to say that I feel in her hands. It’s love, everything simply. The song ‘Another life’ tells about my experience of sharing the life of an actress.” Another beautiful declaration of love made to his actress wife. The two lovers seem crazy about each other, that’s for sure!
