(CercleFinance.com) – Realites announces a capital increase by incorporation of reserves with the issue of 435,454 new shares, which will be allocated free of charge to shareholders at the rate of one new for 10 old ones held on September 27 after closing.
The new shares will be delivered on September 29 and will carry the same rights as the old ones from their date of registration in the shareholders’ accounts. After this operation, the capital will be divided into 4,789,993 shares.
This allocation of free shares, announced on May 25 by the real estate group, was initially planned before the summer, but the current situation made it necessary to postpone the implementation of this measure.
