REALITES ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT
FROM KARINE BACHELIER TO THE POSITION OF
GROUP VICE-PRESIDENT, IN
CHARGE OF USAGE MANAGEMENT
Almost a year to the day after the appointment of Thomas Lierman as Vice-President in charge of Project Management, the REALITES group announces this Monday, September 19, 2022 the appointment of Karine Bachelier as Vice-President in charge of Mastery of use. The Group thus reaffirms its strategic positioning as a “territorial developer” based on its two pillars: construction and use.
In very strong growth, the Control of use is today composed of four poles: hospitality, health, entertainment and restoration. In 2022, this represents a total of 11 brands, 54 establishments in France and 370 employees. With this appointment, REALITES relies on a personality recognized for his entrepreneurial culture and on the strength of his success at the head of Heurus, the first user subsidiary created by the Group in 2013.
ABOUT KARINE BACHELIER
Since 2013, Karine Bachelier is the co-founder and president of Heurus, operator of assisted living facilities for new generation seniors.
A graduate of ESC Montpellier, Karine Bachelier began her career in the health sector in Montpellier. In 2005,
- just 27 years old, she became Director of an EHPAD in the Nantes region. She then leads a multidisciplinary team of 35 employees who support 80 residents, while piloting the reconstruction project of the EHPAD that she directs.

In just a few years, Heurus has succeeded in positioning itself as an innovative player in the world of assisted living facilities for seniors, by offering a unique and mandatory service pack for all its elderly tenants based on the prevention of loss of autonomy and the identification weaknesses. Complemented by an internalized SAAD (Help and Accompaniment Service at Home), it provides support in the gestures of daily life in order to
to delay or avoid entry into nursing homes. This first usage control activity helped support the development of REALITES by opening up new prospects for the Group in the territories.
Today, Heurus has 7 residences for a total of 150 employees, and has announced the opening of 25 residences by 2025.
