(Boursier.com) — The real estate group Realities confirmed the conclusion with two institutional investors of block sales as part of the major urban renovation project for the Bauer stadium in Saint-Ouen (93). The conclusion of these sales, for a total amount of nearly 78 million euros, completes the securing of the project.
The first operation concerns the coliving space of the Bauer Box. Signed without conditions precedent with a fund managed by Ares Management (Ares), a global manager of alternative investments, the reservation contract provides for a reiteration in the course of the 1st half of 2023. It will consist of 334 rooms fitted out over a surface area of 12,900 m squares and will have a rooftop bar with an exceptional view of Paris, an ambitious sports and coworking space open to the neighborhood.
The second block sale was recorded with the management company La Française Real Estate Managers (REM), acting on behalf of a collective real estate fund. It relates to the health pole, with an area of 1,937 square meters. The operation of the health center, made up of a multidisciplinary medical center and a sports-health center (physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports medicine, etc.) will be entrusted to Vista Santé, the Réalités group’s trademark, in under a firm 12-year lease.
