Realme’s future flagship, the 9 Pro, recently showed off a rather unusual visual.
If we are usually entitled to photos or at least 3D models of smartphones, this time it is even a sketch that reaches us.
A sketch, and it’s not even a joke
It’s hard to imagine an earlier leak. Until we can extract the thoughts of engineers from the various manufacturers and publish them in mp3 format, the sketch is arguably the most premature leak we can witness before the release of a new smartphone. As you will have understood, this is the case today for the realme 9 Pro, whose “official” drawings have arrived in limbo on the internet.
This sketch therefore informs us of several things: first, the main sensor of the realme 9 Pro will apparently be designed by Sony, one of the masters in the field. On the other side of the smartphone, the AMOLED screen will offer a diagonal of 6.43 inches.
What we already knew about the realme 9
Some information has already leaked about the brand’s future smartphone, even before the discovery of this sketch. Above all, the 9 Pro battery should offer a range of 5000 mAh, like the 9 Pro + model, which will have compatibility with 65 W fast charging.
Everything is still a little vague on the specifics of the different models of the realme 9 range, but it seems that the basic iteration, the 9 “just short”, is not compatible with 5G. An undoubtedly strange decision in 2022, but supposedly thought to further reduce costs and increase the attractiveness as well as the quality / price ratio of the smartphone. The SoC used should be a Mediatek, probably the Dimensity 810 or 920 depending on 91Mobiles.
