As a reminder, this is an FPS to be played in cooperation up to 4, in an open world format, where you face hordes of vampires in a city cut off from the world. It is no surprise that a new trailer for Redfall has appeared in the middle of horror month, giving pride of place to monsters.
In terms of gameplay, we find the touch of Arkane’s shooters, which will be reminiscent of Dishonored or Prey. Besides survival, the objective of the players through the adventure will be to understand the mysteries of the city of Redfall, in order to be able to escape from it and put an end to the invasion of the vampires.
The trailer also emphasizes the transitions between modern urban levels and much more medieval and fantastic settings, taking up the usual crypts typical of horror games.
This is far from the first trailer on Redfall provided by Arkane. But despite a constant flow, we still don’t have any concrete information regarding the release date of the game. The title is scheduled for 2023, without further details on the time of year. This new license being edited by Bethesdait will only be available on console platforms Microsofton PC, and via the cloud.
