Rémy Cointreau: increase in its credit size to 180 million euros

(AOF) – Rémy Cointreau announces the successful renewal of its syndicated credit line “RCF1” for an amount increased to 180 million euros and a duration of 5 years (maturity March 2029) with two extension options, one year each, subject to lender approval. This new credit contract was concluded with a consortium of 8 relationship banks (Société Générale, Natixis, Crédit Agricole, Bnp Paribas, CIC, HSBC, Banque Palatine and Deutsche Bank).

It is part of the renewal of the current syndicated loan of 100 million euros maturing in July 2025.

Rémy Cointreau is thus increasing the size of its credit line from 100 to 180 million euros. Combined with the completion of a private placement last September, this operation completes the extension of the maturity of its debt and strengthens its financial flexibility.
