While the 5-year-old boy has been trapped in a dry well in Morocco for several days, a site seemed to take advantage of the drama by launching a range of t-shirts and accessories bearing the image of the child.
“Save Rayan”, “Be strong Rayan”, “Pray for Rayan” or even “Being like Rayan is like being a god but better”… could we read on t-shirts, caps, water bottles or even cups, offered for sale on a website.
Some clothes, worn by smiling models, display the picture of the weakened child stuck in a tight space. While Rayan is still stuck under 32 meters of earth, this bad taste recovery visible on online sales sites has caused a wave of indignation from Internet users.
Yesterday I made a valve on the touts who were going to delay selling t-shirts #rayan at the rate it was going, today they send me this horror.
My eyes are bleeding. I don’t want to live on this planet anymore. pic.twitter.com/lAlvDnNUlV

Rayan accidentally fell “in a moment of inattention” on Tuesday February 1 to the bottom of a dry well dug near the family home.
At midday on Saturday February 5, rescue operations were underway just over a meter from the child.
