(Boursier.com) — Retail sales, adjusted for seasonal variations, fell by 0.5% in the euro zone in February after remaining stable in the previous month, Eurostat announces. Year-on-year, sales fell by 0.7%. The consensus expected declines of 0.3% and 1.3% respectively.
