The increase in this support for subscriptions will always be financed by the employer. A decree published on Wednesday August 23, 2023 in the Official newspaper, where all official government statements and legal publications are recorded, has made that promise a reality. The boost will be effective from Friday, September 1, 2023 and will therefore be visible on the payslips sent from October 2023. This will represent “a gain of 19 euros per month in Île-de-France, for illustrations”said the Ministry of Transformation and the Public Service in a presentation document of the various salary increase measures published Monday, June 12, 2023.
Many measures in favor of the salary of civil servants
The salaries of civil servants are a real challenge for the government of Elisabeth Borne. Indeed, on Saturday July 1, 2023, the payslips of civil servants were increased by 1.5% thanks to the revaluation of the value of the index point. A value that serves as a basis calculation of the gross salary of civil servants, magistrates, soldiers and contract civil servants remunerated by reference to an index. On Saturday July 1, 2023, the salary scales of the lowest paid civil servants were also reassessed, with the aim of benefiting civil servants additional salary increase. Other measures will soon be put in place. For example, in the fall of 2023, an exceptional purchasing power bonus will be paid to the lowest paid agents. This bonus can go up to 800 euros.
