After 10 years at Riot Games, August Browning is rewarded for his hard work, he who notably created many of the most iconic champions in League of Legends.
August Browning over the years has worked on many projects within League of Legends. He originally came to Riot Games in 2012. The designer quickly stood out and has notably designed many iconic champions of the game: Jinx, Viego, Zeri, Vi…, And the list is still long. We also owe him the rune system but also many significant reworks such as those of Rengar or Morgana. He is finally rewarded for these 10 years of work at Riot Games and becomes the new Lead Champion Designer.

This is a milestone for Riot August, which finds itself in charge of the creation teams of League of Legends champions. Despite some of his designs being heavily criticized by the community, they still marked the history of the game and remained in place for a very long time.
It will now be a question of seeing which direction will take on the creation of champions now led by Riot Augustbut it must be admitted thatwith such an impressive resume and the dedication he has for League of Legends, he’ll likely do anything for his own good.
