Rexel: Norges Bank above 5% of capital

(Boursier.com) — In a letter received on February 6 from the AMF, Norges Bank declared that it crossed upwards, on February 3, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Rexel. The Central Bank of Norway holds 15,456,572 Rexel shares representing as many voting rights, or 5.09% of the company’s capital and voting rights3.

This crossing of thresholds results from an increase in the number of Rexel shares held as collateral.
