(CercleFinance.com) – By letter received on December 27, 2023, Norges Bank declared to the AMF that it had crossed downward, on December 21, 2023, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Rexel, and hold 4.98% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from a reduction in the number of Rexel shares held as collateral.
