A new advertisement was unveiled on the evening of the launch of season 6 of Rick and Morty and it was an opportunity to pay tribute to God of War Ragnarok. We can indeed admire the character of Rick who shaves his head by putting red paint on his face like Kratos. From the first seconds, the wink is obvious.

Subsequently, after opening a portal to the Nordic world, he finds Leviathan, Kratos’ axe, in a chest. The opportunity also to unveil some of the new powers and weapons that Kratos will have in God of War Ragnarok.
The objective is therefore twofold. Promote both the sixth season of the animated series which will land on Adult Swim and at the same time God of War Ragnarok which will be released on November 9, 2022 on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. For the record, Rick and Morty is an animated series for adults created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon. It has been airing since December 2, 2013 on Cartoon Network, in the late-night Adult Swim segment.
