Pregnant Rihanna said in an interview that she would not take a joke when it comes to her child.
Rihanna (34) also spoke about her pregnancy at an event for her cosmetics company Fenty.
In an interview with “Elle” the singer revealsthat she is in the last third of her pregnancy and explains what challenges she currently has to overcome. “There are those days too… Especially in the third trimester when you wake up and you’re like, ‘Oh, do I need to get dressed?’ Makeup definitely helps you feel like a real person,” Rihanna said.
“Everything is a challenge”
But her makeup routine has also changed a lot after her face became plumper due to pregnancy. The musician and entrepreneur takes it sporty: “Everything is a challenge, from dressing to make-up. But I like challenges. I like things that force me to be creative and find new ways.”
Rihanna reveals that she has received countless tips for the coming motherhood. “The best advice is probably to sleep now because I won’t be able to do much later. I need to take care of that before it’s too late.”
“When it comes to the kids, she flattens you”
The singer also gives a glimpse of what she’ll be like as a mother. And cites Teresa Giudice (49) from the reality TV series “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” as an example. “She’s no joke when it comes to the kids,” Rihanna said. “When it comes to the kids, she crushes you. And that appeals to me a lot because I feel like that type of mom I’m going to be too. Psycho when it comes to it.”
Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky (33) confirmed in late January that they are expecting their first child together. The musician and the rapper have been together since last year.
