Riot games (LoL, TFT, VALORANT) are coming to Game Pass – VALORANT

We weren’t necessarily expecting Riot Games to be present at the Microsoft and Bethesda conference, but the studio was definitely there to let us know some important news: all the games (or almost) arrive in the Game Pass catalog. Whether League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics or VALORANT, they will all be playable via Microsoft’s offer.

The icing on the cake, those playing these games via the Game Pass will benefit from various bonuses, including the ability to unlock all characters, champions or Agents for free, while you usually have to play (or pay) to access it. In the case of VALORANT, the 18 Agents will be playable as soon as the FPS arrives in the catalog, while those opting for the MOBA, LoL, will have access to more than 160 champions, while some who have been playing for a long time haven’t unlocked them yet.

Here is the list of Riot games arriving in the Game Pass catalog, and the platforms concerned:

  • League of Legends → PC
  • League of Legends: Wild Rift → Mobile
  • Legends of Runeterra → PC and mobile
  • Teamfight Tactics → PC and mobile
  • VALORANT → PC

Unfortunately, and a large number of players were expecting this year, no word has been said regarding the porting of VALORANT to consoles. We will have to wait some time before Riot Games formalizes the thing.

No release date has been communicated in relation to this arrival in the Game Pass, but it should be done in 2023. Microsoft will tell us more very soon.
