Back in the media for Robert Ménard. In an interview with “20 minutes”, Fabien Namias, deputy general manager of LCI, announced the arrival of the mayor of Béziers on his antenna. Every Wednesday, the relative of Marine Le Pen will present a post in “24h Pujadas”, broadcast from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and embodied by David Pujadas.

This is one of the novelties of the new season the channel. The mayor of Béziers will intervene in the program of David Pujadas, for a ticket every Wednesday evening. This was announced by the deputy general manager of the chain Fabien Namias to the newspaper 20 minutes.

“He is evolving”

He also indicates that the speaking time of Robert Ménard will be counted, since he is elected and close to the National Rally. “You have to hear different voices on LCI. As long as they are exercised within the republican framework”, declared Fabien Namias. The boss of the TF1 group’s news channel recalled that Robert Ménard “was a journalist” and “boss of Reporters Without Borders”: “He was quite close to the far right. Today, he is in the process of ‘evolve”.

Election to the town hall of Béziers

It is a return to the media for Robert Ménard since he was originally a journalist, also co-founder of Reporters without Borders. In 2012, he launched the conservative news site Boulevard Voltaire, before leaving the platform when he was elected mayor of Béziers. Since then, he has devoted himself to political life, going on TV sets as a support for Marine Le Pen.

Among the other columnists of the program in which Robert Ménard will participate, we can mention Luc Ferry, Daniel Cohn-Bendit or even Caroline Fourest.
