In the Lidl online shop there is now a practical household helper to buy at a significant discount. The Vileda VR ONE is a vacuum robot from the traditional German brand and is currently available at half the price. Is the deal worth it? We’ll tell you.
The deal in detail
The VR One from Vileda is a robot vacuum for daily floor cleaning. It has a long battery life and is therefore also suitable for larger living areas. Dirt is collected in a 500 milliliter container, which you simply empty with household waste.
The flexible tires allow the robot to overcome doorsteps and carpet edges with ease. With sophisticated sensors, the VR ONE reliably detects stairs. If he bumps into a chair or the like, shock absorbers prevent damage. This often happens because the vacuum robot does not create a map of your apartment, but cleans according to the chaos principle.
This means that it reorients itself as soon as it encounters an obstacle and not because it detects it using laser technology. This can be quite annoying if you are present during the cleaning and the robot drives against your furniture. If that doesn’t matter and you’re looking for a cheap entry into automated floor cleaning, you’ll find it in the VR ONE.
